The KCCC opened October 2004. The center was established for the care and growth of children ranging from 6 weeks to 13 years old. Our mission is to provide high quality care by meeting the needs of each individual child, while educating and assisting the family, and supporting the community we serve. KCCC operates under the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) following all federal regulations, OKDHS Licensing requirements, KTO policies and guidance from the KTO Business Committee. We are a two-star facility and licensed for 185 children.
