Text Box: Last Spring, Mrs. Rochelle Murdock, Court Clerk wrote the Start-Up Grant for the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma (KTO) to initiate a Tribal Child Support Enforcement Program. In July 01, 2009, the KTO was awarded a “Start Up” award from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for the tribe to design and plan a child support program to meet the needs of the community. Currently, most of our Child Support cases are handled through the Chickasaw Nation Child Support Program. It is our hopes that during this two year planning period the tribe can develop a comprehensive program to meet the unique cultural needs of the Kickapoo Tribe..
Staff Members include:
Bessie R. Scott, Director,
Karen Valdez, Case Manager and
Carla “Renee” Sumano, Administrative Assistant.
