To Obtain A New Tag
You must bring in the following: - Original Title or Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO). Must be signed and notarized before coming to our office. - Any paperwork that may have come with the Title (lien entry form, mileage statement, invoice, etc.) - Proof of Current Insurance for the vehicle - Current Driver’s License - CDIB card or other proof of membership in the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma - Registration/Title Fee (varies by year/purchase price of vehicle, call for estimate) Failure to bring in required documents will delay the issuance of a tag. You must get the title transferred into your name within 30 days of the title being signed over to you. Failure to do this will incur penalties of $0.25 a day. |
To Renew Your Tag
You must bring in the following: - Proof of Current Insurance for the vehicle - Current Driver’s License - Renewal Fee (varies by year/purchase price of vehicle, call for estimate) Failure to bring in required documents will delay the issuance of a renewal. Other Information
We accept cash or money orders only. No checks will be accepted. No Exceptions Will Be Made. Personalized Plates cost $35.00 and must be paid for before they will be ordered. Please allow at least 1 month to receive your personalized plate but it can take much longer. Your patience is appreciated. |
